| DESCRIPTION: | This media guide is created every year to assist the motorsports press in its coverage of the Trans-Am Series, North America's oldest continuously running road racing series. The cover for the 2005 Media Guide, along with several other collateral pieces, uses a "40 Years of Excellence" theme to celebrate Trans-Am's 40th annivesary. The Trans-Am cover was also designed to fit into a design scheme carried over onto the Champ Car World Series media guide. The Trans-Am Series is operated by Champ Car and runs its racing events on many of the same weekends as Champ Car. Download a PDF copy of the media guide here |
